Moonkey ensures that the cleaning and laundry of your bedding and toiletries are done impeccably. However, the cost of these services is billed to the guests by the rental platforms. When the rental platform pays you, you will also receive the money received for this service in addition to your rental revenue. Moonkey only applies its commission to your rental gross revenue on each booking. Your cleaning costs would be excluded from that calculation.

 

For example, if your gross revenue from a booking on Airbnb is 300 euros and your defined cleaning costs for your guests is 40 euros. Moonkey would charge your credit card as follows:

If you are on the Basic Plan: 36 EUR (12% commission on 300 EUR) + 40 EUR (cleaning and laundry), that is a total of 76 EUR.
If you are on the Premium Plan: 60 EUR (20% commission on 300 EUR) + 40 EUR (cleaning and laundry), that is a total of 100 EUR.

 
If something breaks down in your home, Moonkey looks for the right professional to fix it and asks for a quote. Once you approve the budget, we take care of giving access to your property and checking that the repair has been done correctly once finished. We will keep you updated throughout the process. Moonkey's efforts are included in your plan. However, you will still need to pay the invoice from the contracted professional.

 

If something is missing in your home, Moonkey will look for it and inform you about its price. Once you give us your consent, we will buy or receive the object and we will organize its installation or take it to your home if it does not need to be installed by a professional. Moonkey's efforts are included in your plan. However, the invoice from any professional hired for the installation and / or the cost of the purchased objects will remain at your charge.
